We have decided to do a teaser poster as well as a teaser trailer for our film. We have done this because we feel it is important to grab our potential audience's attention as soon as possible before the film is released.
This is the step-by-step process of how i created our teaser poster, i struggled to use the programme PhotoShop so decided to use an internet programme called Editor by Pixlr to create it as i found it was simular to the PhotoShop software but i found it easier and simpler to use.

This is my final Teaser Poster. |
The good thing about using this programme is that you can still can professional effects on the poster even though they have simpler tools and less effects. Everything was easily labeled and were what i was aware of where PhotoShop i didn't have any idea of how to use the programme. The main disadvantage of using this programme was the limited effects, for exmaple the text, although there were a variety of fonts, there were limited effects that i could use on the texts as compared to PhotoShop. If i had to do this poster again i would use a bigger picture to fill out the poster more and add more effects on the title as there is a large gap in the poster. I would try to add more of colour in the poster too.
