'Our plot to be based around a sayings'
After using the internet to research some saying's that would be best to base around a film, I have picked my top four and created a brainstorm.
Film's that are based on a saying.
Shrek Forever after is based on the saying "you don't know what you've got until it's gone" because he doesn't realise how much he appreciates his children, wife and life until it all gets taken away from him by an evil character and he has to fight for it all back. Although this is an animation and a children's film, anyone would be able to relate and understand this message.
"O" is an update of Shakespeare's 'Othello' with a young cast, set in a high school and centered around basketball player Odin. This film is based around a saying/message - "Jealousy comes to no good" which ends in a tragedy. Although this would be hard to fit into a short film, everyone has become jealous at least once in their life and understands the emotions people go through.
